We’re on a mission to make sure young track & field athletes can compete without financial barriers.

Through Give Back Track, we provide shoes, spikes, support so athletes don’t have to sacrifice their passion because of cost.

Every donation helps a kid stay on the track, stay confident, and stay focused on their goals.

We’re currently looking for sponsors and monetary donors who believe in creating opportunities and leveling the playing field for youth athletes.

A‑Skip Drill — Build Better Sprint Mechanics

Today’s focus is simple: sharpen the fundamentals that show up on race day. This drill is especially helpful for sprinters, hurdlers, and jumpers, since it reinforces the mechanics used in acceleration, top‑end speed, and explosive takeoffs.

Why A‑Skips matter:
• Improve knee drive
• Strengthen hip flexors
• Build rhythm and coordination
• Reinforce proper posture and arm action

How to do it:
• Stay tall
• Drive the knee up
• Keep the foot dorsiflexed
• Maintain a smooth, controlled rhythm

Small drill. Big impact. Put in the reps today so you can compete with confidence.

Before becoming a world champion and one of the fastest sprinters world wide , Noah was in high school running track navigating the same challenges every young athlete faces: balancing school, training, expectations, and big dreams.

He didn’t become elite overnight.

He transformed through:
• Consistent work
• Belief in his potential
• Patience with the process
• Showing up even on the hard days

🏃‍♂️💛 Great athletes don’t just build speed. They build community.
Whether it’s helping at a youth meet, supporting a teammate, volunteering locally, or simply being a positive presence, giving back strengthens the same character that carries you on the track.

🌱 Growth isn’t only measured in seconds or meters — it’s measured in impact.

Dreaming of competing in college?

Here are 3 tips to help you get there:

🏃 Be Consistent
Show up daily, master the basics, and keep improving. You don’t get better by chance, you get better with repetition. This builds a foundation that coaches can trust. This is also where you can break records, set new PRS! Consistency teaches you how to:
Manage your time, Balance school and sports
Push through tough days!

📈 Own Your Academics
NCAA Minimum is a 2.3 GPA
this is just to qualify… this is your job right now is to take ownership of your grades and maintain them! School is not easy for everyone, if you need help, make sure to reach out to your school, counselor, your parents, and teachers!

🤝 Reach Out Early
Connect with coaches, attend camps, and build relationships/ take initiative, be sure update PRs or stats Via Email, NCSA, X, ect.
Sharing new highlight videos
Letting coaches know your academic progress.
Email gets you in the door.
Twitter gets you discovered.
Travel meets get you evaluated.
A clean profile keeps you remembered.

Every season, talented high school track athletes sit on the sidelines—not because they lack drive, but because they lack access. Spikes, training shoes, meet fees… it all adds up fast!

That’s why Initiative exists: to make sure every athlete with heart has the chance to compete. No barriers. No limits.
