🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏿‍♀️🏃🏽🏃🏽‍♀️We're excited to get our students moving and raising money to support the PTO! Funds raised will help us pay for field trips and enrichment programs, classroom items, and community events.

Students will participate in numerous movement activities including an almost 1 mile run. Focus of the day will be movement, health, and community. We will have an award for the teacher with the most students participating and a raffle for all participants. Before the event, students can ask family and friends to sponsor their run. A minimum $25 donation is required to participate. Use this link to sign up and get your fundraising page moving!

Get ahead on decorating this holiday season and support the PTO by ordering your holiday greenery now! All wreaths and kissing balls are hand made at Cottage Gardens. A portion of the sales goes directly to helping the PTO support the students by funding field trips, supporting classroom purchases, and holding community events.

MEADOW FARMS FUNDRAISER EXTENDED!

Good news, families! We’re extending our Meadow Farms fundraiser through the long weekend!

If you haven’t had a chance to sell or return your packets yet, there’s still time! Please send all completed fundraiser packets back to school by Tuesday.

Did you know our online store stays open through December? You can continue shopping and placing orders online through December, and our PTO will continue to earn profits from those purchases! So even if you don’t get a chance to order this weekend, you can still support our schools throughout the holiday season.

Every order helps support our PTO and the students at Donaghue and Sweetsir Schools. Thank you for your continued support and for helping make this fundraiser a success!

Are you good with numbers, spreadsheets, or accounting?? We have an unexpected open position on our board for a Treasurer. Training is included! Please message us if interested, or with any questions about the position.

Official organization by-laws description for treasurer responsibilities:
"The treasurer shall receive all monies, including dues of the organization; shall keep an accurate record of receipts and expenditures; and shall pay out funds only in such manner as voted by the organization. The treasurer shall present a statement of account at every meeting of the organization, and at other times when requested by the Executive Committee, and shall make full report at the annual meeting. The treasurer’s accounts shall be examined annually by the Executive Committee prior to the annual meeting."

Our Meadow Farms Fundraiser is coming!

Our fundraiser packets should have come home with students within the last day or so! We’re excited to kick off our Meadow Farms Fundraiser on September 26th, and it will run through October 10th.

There are lots of great items to choose from, including delicious treats, gifts, home items, holiday goodies, and more! Every purchase helps support our school and the programs and activities our PTO provides for our students.

📅 Fundraiser Dates: September 26th – October 10th

💻 Ordering online is the best way to go for faster delivery! Meadow Farms ships orders directly to customers’ homes, making it easy and convenient.
