We wanted to take a moment to raise awareness about Dignity Matters - and thank them for their ongoing partnership with the Medfield Food Cupboard.

Dignity Matters is a non-profit that provides free menstrual care to those in need. They serve over 18,000 people every month by collaborating with community-based non-profits — and we are grateful to be one of them.

A special thank you to Maureen Lifsitz, who serves as our liaison between Dignity Matters and the Food Cupboard. 💙

We want to extend a special note of thanks and congratulations to Daniel Kemp (MHS Class of 2026) - Daniel is this year’s recipient of our Outstanding Volunteer of the Year Award!

Daniel has gone above and beyond - not only volunteering time alongside his family (pictured with his sister, Susie Kemp, and parents, Jessica and Karl), but also building us a beautiful storage cabinet as part of becoming an Eagle Scout.

Congratulations, Daniel - and thank you for all you’ve done to support our Medfield neighbors in need. 💙

We are so grateful for the team at Shaw's Supermarket in Medfield - they consistently go above and beyond to support the Medfield Food Cupboard.

Special thanks to Kevin (Store Manager) and Craig and Bob (Department Heads for Grocery and Produce) who work with our volunteers to fill large special orders. In addition, the wonderful cashiers and customer service staff are always ready to help, Shaw's has hosted a donation bin for many years, and the company has made significant financial contributions over the years.

Thank you, Shaw's! You truly make a difference for our Medfield neighbors in need. 💙

Thank you to this wonderful group from Liberty Mutual who spent an afternoon volunteering with us as part of their “Serve With Liberty” program. Taryn, Kevin, Juli, Alexa, Colleen, and Kristen were hugely helpful in doing some spring cleaning and organizing.

This is the third consecutive year Serve With Liberty has volunteered with us - and each year, we’re left feeling so grateful that Liberty Mutual supports local volunteer opportunities for their employees to take part in. 💙

We want to thank everyone who donated food this past Saturday as part of the Stamp Out Hunger Postal Drive! Our community never hesitates to step up and help. 💙📫

Special shout outs to Medfield’s amazing postal workers, Ken O’Flaherty and Adele Uglialoro for serving as MFC’s post drive coordinators, and the wonderful group of Medfield teens who helped sort and organize all of the donations!

Empty Bowls was such a fun event - and we are truly grateful to all who supported the Medfield Food Cupboard by making a bowl and joining us for a lovely evening of ice cream, art, and community.

A HUGE thank you to Sara Higger for organizing the event and the Medfield High School Clay Club for making bowls and volunteering - we are truly grateful that you have chosen to use your time and talents to support our Medfield neighbors in need. 💙🍨
