Locomotive Operators of Central Oklahoma Locomotive Operators of Central Oklahoma (LOCO) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promotion a Open the first Sunday of every month from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

The cost is $5 per person and this covers all three hours of operation.
