Good morning, church.

We are in a new and “exciting” (if you were at church Sunday, you may have picked up on that) season. Wednesday nights we are having our mid-week gathering for all ages.

Adults
Youth (6th-12th grade)
Kids (3rd - 5th grade)

Parents of younger kids are welcome to bring their kids with them to the adult class.

We ARE looking for folks to volunteer in the kids class once a month (or so) so that adults can rotate into the adult class. If that’s something you would be willing to do, please reach out to Pastor James or April.

Matthew 21:28-45

Jesus uses parables to convey reality of the behavior / beliefs of the Pharisees. What I read here is that personal acceptance of Jesus as Lord is necessary. And… that Jesus accepts all who believe in Him. Even the outcast, even the unpopular, and even me.

Thank God for His mercy and thank God for Jesus!

Matthew 21:23-27

Jesus knew that some folks just wouldn’t understand. They had demonstrated that before (with John). What we do as Christians won’t always make sense to those who don’t know Jesus…. AND… We don’t always have to enter the debate.
