🐾 Meet Mario & Carl! 🐾

Three months old, ridiculously cute, and already committed to doing life as a two-man operation.

Mario and Carl are brothers, best buddies, professional snugglers, and part-time partners in crime. You’ll usually find them wrestling, playing, exploring, or piled on top of each other like personal space is a myth.

These sweet boys have that perfect kitten combination of playful + curious + cuddly, and watching them bop around together is basically free entertainment.

Brothers • Certified good boys with just enough chaos to keep things interesting. 🐾

*** FRIENDLY CATS FOUND NEAR SHRIVER PARK IN MASSILLON ***

UPDATE: HEADING TO ONE OF A KIND FOR ADOPTION

All 3 are very friendly and believed to have been dumped. If you recognize them or know who owned them, please reach out.

The female had the chain pictured around her neck, which is extremely dangerous for a cat.

They’re currently being TNR’d and vetted, but unfortunately all rescues are full, so they’ll have to return outside afterward. Thankfully, a kind nearby resident is feeding them.

I’ve been working on wrapping up some of our open TNR projects over the last few weeks, and we made some good progress this past week!

I was able to TNR 7 community cats from 2 different colonies. This group included 4 adult females who will no longer be having litter after litter, plus 4 kittens who will never have to experience reproduction or all of the not-so-great things that come with it.

I also had one of my absolutely ADORABLE porphyria foster kittens neutered and vaccinated.

Our vet bills this week alone came in at over $650! And we already have another 5 TNRs scheduled for this week, plus 3 dentals to pay for next week.

As you can imagine, these vet bills add up FAST. If you’re able to help us with the financial side of caring for all these kitties, we would be incredibly grateful. Even $5 helps!

And our FINAL total of cats trapped this evening for TNR is……

TWELVE! 🥳🐈

I believe I got the remaining cats needing TNR here, bringing the grand total to 24 cats!

It’s such a relief to check another project off my extremely long list.

Now comes the expensive part…

Each of these cats will cost a minimum of $62 (thanks, fleas 😒), which means we’re looking at at least $744 in TNR expenses!

That’s a pretty big chunk of change, and we desperately need help covering these costs.

I’m attaching the link to our matching grant because we could REALLY use the funds available to us! We’re currently 57% of the way to our goal.

We reached our $1,000 birthday matching grant goal last month, and now we need your help reaching our next goal! ❤️
