🔥 FIREWOOD SECRETS MOST CAMPERS DON'T KNOW

Not all firewood burns the same.

Choosing the wrong wood can waste energy and time.

1. DEAD STANDING WOOD Is often drier than wood on the ground.

2. THICK BARK CAN HOLD MOISTURE Even when the outside looks dry.

3. SMALL STICKS START FIRES Faster than large logs.

4. SPLIT WOOD DRIES QUICKER Than whole branches.

5. RESIN-RICH WOOD Ignites more easily.

6. SOFTWOODS BURN FAST But don't last long.

7. HARDWOODS BURN LONGER And produce steady coals.

8. WET WOOD CREATES MORE SMOKE Than heat.

9. HOT COALS COOK BETTER Than large flames.

10. COLLECT WOOD BEFORE SUNSET Always.

⚠️ FIRE NOTE

A smart fire uses less wood.

🔥 SURVIVAL FACT

Most fire failures happen because people collect fuel too late.

FINAL TRUTH

Good fires are built before they're needed.
