Thanks to everyone who helped make Saturday’s Craft Fair a success. Thanks to the 73 crafters and vendors, and 12 not for profit groups who braved the rain to set up on Main Street in Marcellus. And then the rain stopped and the skies cleared just in time for the shoppers to enjoy visiting the booths! Thanks to all the local businesses that participated in this special day. It is wonderful to see Marcellus come alive and heart-warming to see all the people enjoying our downtown.

📣 Olde Home Days Parade Update 📣

The Olde Home Days Parade is scheduled to begin at 3:00 PM and will be held rain or shine!

For the safety of participants and spectators, the parade will only be cancelled in the event of thunder or lightning.

We look forward to seeing everyone there for a great community celebration! 🎉

🎆 Our 30th Year of Olde Home Days Fireworks Are a GO Tonight! 🎆

Come on out and celebrate with us! Enjoy delicious food, exciting rides, live music from the band, and time with friends and neighbors. Then cap off the evening with our spectacular fireworks show.

We can't wait to see you there for this special 30th-year celebration! 🎉🎇

We are keeping a close eye on the forecast for Saturday, June 6 and hoping that Mother Nature will cooperate and give us some decent weather for the Olde Home Days Craft Fair.

We have not had to cancel the Craft Fair in the past 15 years and certainly hope we won’t need to this year. But the safety of our crafters, vendors and visitors is our primary concern.

Crafters and vendors are welcome to set up and enjoy the day if possible. If at any time you feel that you or your inventory could be injured or damaged, please feel free to pack up. Of course, if there is thunder and lightning, you will need to get inside a safe place immediately.

Those of us in Marcellus are a tough, resilient group. We love our community events and we have been known to come out to shop and celebrate in nasty weather. We have braved the wind, snow, and rain for a variety of events. Please use your best judgment, watch the weather reports throughout the day, and stay safe.

Parade participants, please be advised that due to the possibility of inclement weather on Saturday, we will be monitoring the weather closely and will make an announcement on or before 11am on Saturday the 6th if the parade will be canceled. The announcement will come by way a email blast as well as being posted on the Marcellus Olde Home Days page. -Jim Gascon, OHD Parade Director.

The 2026 Main Street Craft Fair, organized by the Optimist Club of Marcellus, should be a great event. With over 70 crafters and vendors and 14 Not for Profit organizations, there will be a lot to see and do. Crafters will line Main Street and head up South Street by the Catholic Church. Come out and enjoy some shopping and some snacks from 10 until 5 on Saturday, June 6th. And don't miss the parade at 3. Hope to see you there!!!!
