There is something especially fitting about our relationship with Tacodeli, both were founded in 1999, meaning we have been growing, serving, and making an impact in the Central Texas community side by side for more than 25 years!

Owner Roberto Espinosa has been part of our restaurant partnerships from the very beginning, generously sharing his time, talent, and commitment to help make events like Light a Path so meaningful. Tacodeli has been a treasured Candlelight Ranch culinary partner since 2011, and their support is still going strong.

We are incredibly grateful to Roberto and the entire Tacodeli team for their longstanding friendship and dedication to helping children and families learn, explore, and heal through nature.

For more than a decade, Blue Corn Harvest and Candlelight Ranch have shared something much bigger than a partnership. We’ve shared a commitment to our Central Texas community.

🥂 Celebrating Our Light a Path Culinary Partners 🥂

Known for its vibrant Tex-Mex flavors, fresh ingredients, and authentic recipes inspired by the traditions of Mexico and Texas, Conejos Tex-Mex Cantina has become a wonderful addition to our local community.

For more than six years, owners Matt and Sandra Morcher have generously supported Candlelight Ranch through their restaurants & huge hearts. We're thrilled to welcome Conejos as a culinary partner at Light a Path for the very first time this year.

Conejos also made a big impression at their first Candlelight Ranch Chili Cook-Off & Car Show, taking home top honors and quickly becoming part of our Ranch family. We are grateful to continue building this partnership and look forward to sharing their incredible cuisine with our guests at Light a Path.
