Hidden on the Spanish Fork River Trail in Spanish Fork, Utah along the Spanish Fork River near Spanish Fork Canyon.

Why is it a heart?

To remind whoever finds it that they are amazing and that the world is a better place because they are in it.

Since moving here a few months ago, I’ve left hundreds of hearts along the trail, and handed out a hundred more to strangers.

It’s my way of making the world a better place.
