Our next event - with much cooler weather and sun!

Tomorrow - June 12th - at 8:00 AM - yes it's Friday morning.

It’s an exciting weekend in MG with the Chalk Fest starting tomorrow. In advance of that, to help spruce up the Main St area, we will be weeding the two-tiered garden on the trail south of Town Green and north of the MG Government Center. This is a big space with lots of plants. Master Gardners Tim Deets and Jeff Fluke will help direct us which plants we want to keep and which to remove. I am hoping we can get a large group so we can get much done in short time. I plan on working for 75 minutes. Please bring gloves, a 5-gallon bucket if you have one, kneeling pad and weeding device. I will bring extra tools if you don’t access to them.

Our next weeding party is tentatively scheduled for Friday, June 26, and will likely move over to Central Park.
