Shiloh Springs Learning Co. is growing, and we're looking for two incredible educators to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year!

Teachers who understand that children are still learning—not just academically, but socially and emotionally as well—and who are committed to guiding that growth with both kindness and consistency. We're also looking for team players. Shiloh is not a "close your classroom door and do your own thing" environment. We collaborate, problem-solve, support one another, and work together to help every student succeed. 📚 CURRENT OPENINGS
✨ First Grade Teacher
This position will work closely alongside our Kindergarten teacher as part of a collaborative teaching team.
This role is being developed for the first time this year, so we're looking for someone who is flexible, solution-oriented, and excited about helping shape what this position becomes. The ideal candidate enjoys collaboration, embraces growth, and is willing to help build something special.
✨ 2nd/3rd Grade Teacher
This position will lead a combined 2nd and 3rd grade classroom.
At Shiloh, we strive to meet students where they are academically. Our small class sizes allow teachers to provide differentiated instruction and tailor learning to student needs. Candidates should be comfortable teaching students at varying academic levels and embracing a student-centered approach to learning.
While this may sound different from a traditional classroom, many teachers find it incredibly rewarding because they have the ability to truly help students grow from where they are rather than teaching to the middle.
