Our organization is open to women in Mansfield, Texas and the surrounding area who are seeking new friends and who wish to give back to our community. We do enjoy many special interest groups and have several working committees that provide members numerous ways to socialize.

Look what our members provided for Metroplex Women’s Clinic. 50 baby baskets for some of their clients! We are so proud of our giving, caring members. This was our bring in donations for October. Each month we have a chosen charity that members either bring in donations for or give money towards; and it is strictly voluntary! December is new toys or gifts for ages 1-18 for kids in Mansfield. This toy drive is sponsored by Mansfield Police Department each year.

What is happening in 37 days? Our HOLIDAY HOME TOUR & RAFFLE! On Sunday December 7th from 1-5 pm, join us to see 5 Mansfield homes decorated for the Christmas holiday & buy chances for $500, $300 & a massage & blow out. Raffle tickets are $10 & you don’t have to be present to win! We will call and text winners by 7 pm Sunday evening.

Home Tour tickets are $30
And will be available at Tom Thumb starting November 1.

We had a wonderful lunch meeting today with 9 new members installed and 130 members and guests attending. Our program speaker was Cindy Burch, former owner of The Dove’s Nest in downtown Waxahachie! Our members donated coats & blankets to Sowing Seeds and numerous baby items to Metroplex Women’s Clinic.

We have officially shifted into the Fall months. You probably were wondering why we had been so quiet...we were planning our 2025-26 year. What can you expect from MWC? September brings us together for our first official meeting of our club year 2025-26 with our ever popular "Getting to Know You" meeting with lots of fun and games. October brings us a program by Cindy Burch, owner of "The Dove's Nest". November is the month for our very popular member silent auction that raises money for our MISD scholarships and one of our MISD choirs serenading us during our meeting. December is our annual Holiday Home Tour & Raffle and our own member table decorating meeting.

Our Story

Our club is a 501 c(3) non profit and that was the main factor in organizing this organization in 1997! We have one main fundraiser a year and 95% of the profits go back into our community and area to other non-profits. We have historically give to area food banks, medical institutions, and MISD for scholarships to each high school, plus to other area charities! Even though we are geared to giving back to others, we also have groups for making friends and having fun. Our organization is open to women in Mansfield, Texas and the surrounding area who are seeking new friends and who wish to give back to our community.

Areas of interest to our members include several committees such as Fundraiser, Philanthropic, Newsletter, Scrapbook, Membership, Scholarship, Raffle, Special Events & Hospitality and special interest groups such as Book Club, Needles & More, Caring Hands, Canasta, Game Group, Wine & Supper Club, Lunch Bunch, and Home & Garden Club just to name a few.

We meet for lunch from September to June at Walnut Creek Country Club on the first Thursday of the month from 11:00 until 1:00. RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED to be made by the Sunday prior to meetings with our reservation chair. There is a cost for lunch and it is non-refundable unless cancellations are made by Monday before the meeting. Visitors are welcome, but a credit card is required to hold your reservation. We have a short business meeting and wonderful programs each month.
