HOA Dues Payment of $400.00 is due June 1st every year!!!!

HOA Dues Payment Options:

Option 1:

Zelle is a new way to pay your HOA dues this year.

No added service fee charged for using Zelle.
Set up Zelle through your bank.

Use [email protected] as the payee.

In the memo field type in your address.
We have tested this method, and it works very well.

Option 2:

Check or Money Order

You can mail your check for $400.00 to:

Board of Directors Update July 2023
Life in the Arbors

The school year is about to start again soon. Please be on the lookout and proceed with Caution! Especially along Cannon Dr and Arbors Dr. That’s where they will be the most At Risk!

Speaking of Arbors Drive, please adhere to the Speed Limit. Unfortunately, we do have speeding issues ALL Up and Down Arbors Drive.

To that end, we have requested the Mansfield Police Department to increase their Patrols within the Arbors to help with this issue.
This is for the Safety of the Kids and Grandkids!

Annual Dues if you have not paid your Dues. Please contact the HOA to make your payment and help us avoid further measures. Additional information is on www.ArborsofCreekwood.com HOA Dues Page.

Arbors Revitalizations Update

Completed Projects…

Landscaping…added upgraded brick edging (Arbors Drive), added increased irrigation, added fresh mulch.
Upgraded/Replacement of several plants/bushes.
Installed Up lighting to the Oak Trees along Arbors Dr.
Painted Guard Shack.
Coordinated with City for Street Repairs.

Pending Projects Update

Neighborhood Flagpole. (Just waiting on the Manufacturer). To include up lighting and Landscaping.
Complete upgrade Brick edging to the Landscape areas throughout the Arbors.
Additional Plant/ Bushes upgrades.
Continue with Street Repairs.
Improvements/additional Christmas Decorations.
Continue with Front Entrance Seasonal Decorations.

2023 Annual Dues Update

I would like to Thank all the residents that have paid their HOA Annual Dues on time. It is greatly appreciated !!!
Would have loved to report a 100% success rate but sadly I cannot.
Unfortunately, we still have 30 residents that have not paid their dues nor have contacted the HOA.
We now are forced to begin the Collection Process with these residents. This will include late fees and up to Lien Placement. These are measures we truly wanted to avoid !
Past due letters, including penalties will be mailed out before the end of July. Late Fee Penalties will Not be waived !
Just like last year, the only expectation is 100% compliance. The only desire the HOA has is for all residents to honor their legal responsibility to the Arbors and more importantly their moral obligation to their fellow residents.
The On-line option for payment has been temporarily turned off to ensure the late fees cannot be bypassed.
Payment options are check or money order. They can be mailed to our PO Box address or Dropped off in the Arbors Drop Box. If late fees are not included, the HOA will consider the 2023 Dues payment as incomplete.
The resident will have an outstanding balance and will be referred to our legal council if necessary for Lien placement.
The good news, we did see a slight improvement from last year with residents paying on time. The Bad News, Unfortunately it shows that the HOA still has more work to do with changing the “Culture” about paying the Annual Dues On Time.
Frankly, this is the Part of the Job that the I HATE the most…but just cannot be ignored !
