Warehouse workers stand in solidarity with delivery drivers!
NJ just called out Amazon for how much power it has over Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and delivery drivers’ wages and working conditions. Drivers face the same kinds of surveillance and pressure to perform as we do in warehouses. Their fight is our fight. Stay tuned to see what happens with this lawsuit 👀

New Jersey just sued Amazon for artificially driving down delivery drivers’ wages by operating as a “monopsony,” a concept related to “monopoly” that refers to companies that violate antitrust laws by abusing their power as the dominant buyer of workers’ services.

Amazon warehouses have also come under fire in New Jersey for exploiting workers. In 2022, the US government opened probes into Amazon to investigate their role in three New Jersey warehouse workers’ deaths.
