AMAZON'S PATTERN OF ABUSE:
- Delaying accommodations for weeks or even months, leading to horrible consequences like miscarriages and premature labor
- Denying accommodations, violating the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act
- Disciplining pregnant workers who can't keep up the pace, forcing them to go on unpaid leave and lose income and even their housing right before having a baby

WE DEMAND THAT AMAZON:
1️⃣FOLLOW FEDERAL LAW
2️⃣STOP PUNISHING WORKERS FOR PREGNANCY
3️⃣ACCOMMODATE US AUTOMATICALLY

The company’s pattern of delaying and denying accommodations is putting pregnant and postpartum workers in danger. AND IT NEEDS TO STOP.

Every October 15, we honor the grief of families who have experienced pregnancy and infant loss. This year, we’re also honoring the Amazon workers who suffered that loss — in part — because their employer denied them a chair, a bathroom break, or the right to keep working safely while pregnant.
It’s time to hold Amazon accountable.
