Mission Possible: Oklahoma 4-H Health & Wellness Discovery Day

Registration is OPEN for the Oklahoma 4-H Health & Wellness Discovery Day! This year’s theme, Mission Possible, invites 4-H members in 6th grade and up, volunteers and parents to accept the mission of exploring health, wellness and future careers in health on Saturday, November 7, at the OSU Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa. Youth will tour the medical school, meet health professionals, and experience hands-on learning designed to help them discover the many possibilities in the health and wellness field.

Throughout the day, participants will practice CPR and chest compressions, explore human anatomy, try medical equipment, experience health careers through virtual reality, participate in a farm-to-fork nutrition activity, build a take-home wellness kit and learn from 4-H Healthy Living Ambassadors.

Registration is $20 and includes light morning refreshments, lunch, a T-shirt and workshop materials. The event is open to youth and adults, 6th grade and up, and registration closes October 30 at 5:00 p.m. Please encourage your 4-H families to register through ZSuites and join us for Mission Possible!

A Group Me message has been sent out to the parents of Mangum Cloverbud, Jr, and Sr groups this morning. Please download the Group Me app and accept the invitation. Group Me and the Greer County 4-H page will be our main form of communication this year. We will no longer be using the Remind App. If you didn’t receive a group me invitation please test Jessie Cobb at 580-335-1686 and she can get you added!
Please make sure you are fully enrolled and have paid the $20 membership fee, either through zsuite or in office.
Our first meetings will be held at the Greer County Extension Office:
· Cloverbuds will meet Wednesday, October 14th from 3:30 – 4:30
· Jr/SR Club will meet Wednesday, October 21st from 3:30 – 4:30.
We will be holding a Pumpkin Decorating Contest again this year. Be watching for more information on that!

The 2026-2027 Oklahoma 4-H year has officially begun, and enrollment is now open through ZSuite!

* Students going into Kinder - 2nd grade will be in Cloverbuds.
* Students going into 3rd-12th grade will be in 4-H.
*Enrollment fee is $20 per member this year.
*We will be using GROUPME for information this year. Be watching for information on how to be included in the group me.
