Because great communities create places that people remember. ❤️ The new lighting gives us another way to celebrate Manchester 🎉, welcome visitors 👋, recognize special occasions and causes 💡, and bring a little more energy and pride to our community. 🏡✨ And while we can’t say for certain, the East Manchester Bridge may be the first programmable, color-changing illuminated bridge in Eastern Kentucky🌉—another unique addition to Manchester and Clay County.
