We extend our congratulations to Briley Ho**er on the numerous scholarships awarded to him this morning, totaling $10,000 and counting!

This impressive figure is anticipated to grow further with additional scholarship awards expected this summer.

Briley has earned a $4,000 scholarship from the Thompson Scholars Foundation, along with awards from the Bert T. Combs Scholarship Committee, AdventHealth, Operation UNITE, Grey Matters Whitesburg, Inc., and Eastern Kentucky University thus far.

We would also like to thank the generous donors of our foundation for making accomplishments like these possible. Briley received support and guidance throughout the entire scholarship process from our team.

We celebrate you, Briley! A job well done.

We're filled with gratitude for our community's presence at the Potter Cemetery Dedication ceremony tonight.

Mr. Tee Pennington set the tone with a heartfelt prayer, and our Scholars were celebrated for their dedication and perseverance.

Jalon Nolan and Alec Sawyers were honored for their exceptional leadership in the machinery phase of this project.

This milestone marks not the end, but a new beginning. We're gearing up for the next phase, including signage to improve accessibility and further renovations over the coming year.

Another phase of this project will hopefully be to bring the stories of the departed, including Mrs. Sophia Bates Word, as well as the six veterans with service spanning the Spanish-American War through the Korean conflict, buried here, back to life.

Another highlight will be our collaboration with the Clay County Cooperative Extension Service to create a vibrant Monarch Butterfly sanctuary within the cemetery grounds.

We would like to thank Manchester Lumber Co for their generous donation of supplies for this project. Our Clay County ATC also helped out tremendously with the ironwork. We also thank our friends and neighbors in the Pennington Hill community for being so accommodating with parking space.

We're proud to be part of this community-driven effort and invite your continued participation in shaping a brighter future. 🦋 🦁

Last night was all about the moms! 🌸

BAM had a blast getting creative and crafting one-of-a-kind Mother’s Day cards. To make the night even sweeter, the kids surprised their moms with some delicious flower cookies! 🍪✨

We love seeing these special smiles. Happy early Mother's Day to all our amazing Scholar moms! 💖
