We’re excited to attend the annual Destination Downtown Conference, held this year in Baton Rouge!

One of the greatest strengths of the Main Street program is its commitment to accountability and continuing education. It keeps us informed, inspired, and equipped with new strategies to better serve Magee, enhance our residents’ quality of life, attract visitors, and stimulate economic growth.

We are excited to learn, connect, and bring fresh ideas home to Magee!

We were excited to attend the grand re-opening and ribbon cutting with Wood Insurance Agency held by the Chamber today. They have done a fantastic job renovating this beautiful building in downtown Magee.
In addition to the insurance office, they have a meeting room that will be available for renting to host meetings, events, and more. Congrats on your new space!

Today we celebrated a grand re-opening and ribbon cutting with Wood Insurance Agency. It is absolutely beautiful inside. Cindy also has a meeting room that will be available for renting to host meetings, seminars, discussions, etc. You must stop by and see her new office.

Community Member Spotlight 🌟

Allie Jo Brister serves on our Promotions Committee and is always hard at work behind the scenes at our events. You may find her serving in the concession stand at the Sportsplex, mixing up lemonade at the Main Street Magee tent, setting up sound equipment, or stepping in wherever she is needed.

She is always one of the first to volunteer and is willing to help plan, work, and serve in any way she can. We love Allie Jo and are so grateful for her heart for service and her genuine love for our city! 💙
