Box 55 Association Box 55 is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization of volunteers who offer rehabilitation services to the Nashville Fire Department and other municipalities.

Throughout our 60 plus years of service, our mission has remained constant and clear: To serve the Men and Women of the Nashville Fire & EMS Department, Metro Nashville Police, Nashville Office of Emergency Management, as well as other area Municipalities First Responders on request. We provide on scene hydration, nutrition, and rehabilitation to prevent ca

rdiovascular events, heat stroke, and hypothermia in first responders on extended emergency operations.

Well, after a year of planning & thousands of hours and many meetings, “It’s A Wrap”. The 2026 IFBA Convention is over and according to many, “The Best Ever”. We want to extend a SPECIAL THANK YOU to many people, especially Chief Swann & the ENTIRE Nashville Fire Department staff, Dewayne Ferrell Metro Public Schools and so many volunteers that helped us pulled off this event. We got to show people from all over the world how Nashville folks operate. Here are a few photos of the awesome banquet but there will be many more to come. THANK YOU EVERYONE for supporting us.

We even had a marriage proposal after the banquet. Best wishes to the beautiful couple
