🎉 Website and Vendor Registration is NOW OPEN for the 2026 Autumn Street Fair! 🎉

The wait is over! The official Autumn Street Fair website is now live, and vendor booth registration is officially open for the 2026 event in Downtown McMinnville. If you’ve been thinking about joining one of Warren County’s favorite fall traditions, now is the time to secure your spot! The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2026, and attracts thousands of visitors for a day of shopping, food, entertainment, and family fun.

🛍️ Vendor registration is available online, with booth locations divided into multiple sections throughout downtown. Booth maps, registration forms, sponsorship opportunities, and payment options are all available on the official website.

IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION!!!
Just a friendly reminder to our Autumn Street Fair vendors: all 2025 vendors received a letter at ASF last year explaining the new return vendor process for 2026, including the March 6 contact deadline for returning vendors. Our amazing ASF volunteers reviewed the policy with vendors that day, and copies were provided to each booth as well. Each vendor also signed for us that they received it.

If you were a 2025 vendor and missed the March 6 deadline but would still like to be considered for the return vendor list, please contact the Chamber by Tuesday, May 12. [email protected] or call the Chamber. Return vendors who have not RSVP'd by that date will be able to register on our website as soon as it opens.

This year, we are a little behind opening registration because we’ve been working on brand new vendor maps to help improve the process moving forward. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we work through these updates!

Leadership Warren County volunteers will be meeting next week to finalize return vendor lists and continue preparing for ASF 2026.

If you’ve already called or emailed us, thank you! Please hang tight — registration paperwork will be going out (via the email you gave us last year) within the next couple of weeks, so there’s no need to reach out again at this time.

NEW VENDORS: Follow our FB page for updates as to when the website will open for new vendor signup. We will be plugging in return vendors who RSVP'd first - then the website will be open for everyone to sign up.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and support as we work through a few growing pains this year and make changes that we hope will make the process smoother and easier in the future! 😊
