🍁AUTUMN STREET FAIR - IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RETURNING VENDORS🍁
Dear Autumn Street Fair Vendor,
The Autumn Street Fair Vendor Committee wants to thank you for being a part of our event and helping make it such a success each year. We are writing to remind you of our RSVP process for vendors who would like to return in 2027.
As a returning vendor, you will continue to have the first right of refusal for your current booth before registration opens to the public.
However, please remember it is your responsibility to contact the McMinnville Chamber of Commerce if you wish to renew. We will send one email reminder before the deadline to the email address you provided us.
Here’s what you need to know:
• Returning Vendor Contact Period Opens: Monday, March 1, 2027 (we will not accept calls before this date)
• Deadline to Contact Chamber: Friday, March 19, 2027 (by end of business day. The chamber closes at 4:30pm).
📞Call the Chamber at 931-473-6611 or email Jackie at [email protected] to confirm you want to renew your booth (please have your booth number and business name available to us at that time).
• Deadline to Pay & Return Contract: April 1st, 2027
👎Vendors who do not register and pay by this date will forfeit their booth.
•Open to the Public Registration: Mid-April 2027 (exact date TBD – we will announce it on the Autumn Street Fair page.
Booths not renewed will be available on a first come, first served basis through online registration.
👏🏼We strongly encourage you to mark these dates on your calendar and follow the Autumn Street Fair page for reminders starting in February 2027.
