STEM YEA is going BIGGER in 2026!

This year, STEM YEA is expanding from 3½ days to a FULL 4 days because we simply ran out of room for all the amazing activities we have planned!

Here's a sneak peek of our schedule:

Tower Health Partnership
One evening, Tower Health will lead hands-on CPR, First Aid, and Stop-the-Bleed training, plus discussions on Narcan use and bicycle safety. Life-saving skills for the next generation!

KU Professors in Action
Another evening features university-led demonstrations on DNA extraction, ground-penetrating radar, electron microscopy, and flame color experiments. Real science, real equipment.

Engineers Without Borders
Students hear firsthand stories of engineering work in Africa and learn how to improvise solutions when you don't have the tools you need. Creativity + engineering = impact.

Planetarium Show
We're working with KU to bring students their very own planetarium experience.

Students check in Thursday at 8:45 AM. We can't wait to see everyone there!

Volunteers: A special Orientation Zoom is set for June 10 at 6:30 PM ET. Check your email for details!
