We’re proud to put the spotlight on our 2026 Unite for Rice County Match Week participating funds!

From our kids and classrooms to first responders, healthcare, scholarships, and neighbors helping neighbors, there’s something on this list that touches nearly every corner of Rice County.

And thanks to the generosity of the Patterson Family Foundation, eligible donations have an opportunity to receive additional matching support!

We’re gearing up for an exciting Patterson Family Foundation Match Week!

THERE'S JUST SOMETHING SPECIAL ABOUT THE PLACE WE CALL HOME.

Around here, we know a thing or two about coming together.

We show up for our neighbors. We cheer from the bleachers. We lend a hand when there's work to be done. And when someone needs a little help, well… that's just what neighbors do.

That's the heart of Rice County. And that's what this is all about.

UNITE FOR RICE COUNTY MATCH WEEK IS BACK!

November 2–13, 2026

For 12 days, we're inviting folks from every corner of Rice County to come together and support the organizations, projects, and causes that make our communities so special.

And here's the exciting part!

Thanks to the generosity of the Patterson Family Foundation, eligible donations to participating funds have the opportunity to receive a 50% match!

That means a $100 gift could generate an additional $50 in matching support, subject to program guidelines and available matching funds.

That's a pretty wonderful way to make a little hometown generosity go even further!

From our schools and scholarships to the organizations and projects that make a difference every day, there's so much worth supporting right here at home.

Over the coming days, we'll introduce our participating funds and share how YOU can be part of something special.

The Rice County Community Foundation office will be closed Wednesday–Friday, October 14–16, while we attend the national conference in Wichita.

We look forward to bringing back fresh ideas and connections to support our Rice County communities!

We’ll reopen Monday, October 19. Thank you for your understanding!

Partnering and partying with our friends for a good cause!!

🦪 Rocky Mountain Oysters + Live Music + Supporting LOCAL Healthcare! 🎶

Make plans to join us Saturday, October 24 at Zwick Cattle Pens in Lyons for the MRI Rocky Mountain Oyster Feed, raising money to help bring an in-house MRI machine to Rice Community Health!

🚪 Doors open at 5:00 PM
🍽️ Dinner at 6:00 PM — Rocky Mountain Oysters PLUS chicken strips and homemade fries!
🎸 Rebel Outlaws take the stage at 7:30 PM!

Admission is just $10 per person, and the meal is a free-will donation. Grab a souvenir cup for $10 and enjoy unlimited drinks!
