Meet Smile. 💛

Smile is from one of the families we hope to reach this Christmas. She is one child among many, and there are so many families in need.

For $35, one family receives 20kg of maize flour, soya pieces, salt, sugar, cooking oil and a tray of eggs.

Will you be part of a Christmas miracle? Our goal is to reach 70 families, which takes $2,450.

How long does $35 last a family of five? 🧺

Here is a rough guide for a family of five using the hamper carefully:

🌽 20kg maize flour: about 1 month
🍲 26 packs of soya pieces: about 1 month
🥚 30 eggs: about 1 month
🫒 5 litres of cooking oil: about 2 months
🍬 1kg sugar: about 1 month
🧂 1kg salt: about 2 months

Together, that is about one month of meals from one $35 gift.

These are estimates, and every household is different. But when food is hard to come by, a month of meals is a gift that matters.

Our goal is to reach 70 families. $35 feeds one.
