We are so grateful to everyone who sponsored, supported, and played in our Community Ed Volleyball Fundraiser!🏐

Because of your generosity and enthusiasm, we are able to continue making a difference in the lives of local kids. All proceeds from this event will do directly toward scholarships, helping children participate in Community Ed activities like sports, art, and science camps.

Thank you for showing up, giving back, and helping create opportunities for every child to learn, grow, and have fun. Our community truly shines because of you!

Come down to Take 16 this month and color a backpack to show your support for the Backpack Program and donate all month long to help Rock County families!

"🎒 🎒 🎒 🎒 🎒 🎒 🎒 🎒 🎒

All month long Take 16 is raising money for the Luverne Backpack Program. With rising costs of food and more & more families in need, the program is quickly running out of funds.

Please help us support this great cause with a meal fundraiser on November 14th! Come down for a brat, sides, and a Rock River Root Beer for a free-will donation.

All proceeds will go to the Luverne Backpack Program. Come right away at 5:30 PM that night to eat, as we anticipate it may be busy 😊

Just last week 19 more families signed up which means to provide food through the end of the year, the program needs $5,700.

Don't forget you can also donate money in the taproom all month and color a backpack to hang on the window.

Also we are trying to fill the backpack on the wall with "Pints for Packs." If we can fill the backpack, we will donate a portion of all beer sales in November!"

We will only be able to utilize one bus, for people in town only at this point, but hopefully it will help! We will take intakes through the next week, and have "finalized" schedule/route information available by the end of next week. We can plan to put those we can't immediately help on a waitlist.
