What a special night at Paul Menichini Field! 💙💛

The evening started in unforgettable fashion with skydivers dropping into the stadium to deliver the game ball and American flag before Bantam kickoff! 🇺🇸🪂

It was also a bittersweet night as we celebrated our sixth-grade football players and cheerleaders for their final home game as Little Rockets. Our sixth graders were announced and walked onto the field alongside their family members as we recognized the kids who have given so much to this program over the years.

From their first seasons as Little Rockets to their final home game under the lights, we are so proud of how much they have grown. While their time in our youth program is coming to an end, we know this is only the beginning of what’s ahead. 🚀

🏈 GAME RECAP

🚀 Bantam vs. Western Reserve came out strong and never let up, earning an impressive 44–0 victory!

🚀 JV vs. Western Reserve battled hard throughout the game but came up short, 6–14.

🚀 Varsity vs. Valley Christian closed out the night under the lights, fighting until the final whistle in a 0–20 loss.

It’s Game Day folks!!

📣🏈Come out and support our Little Rockets as the 6th graders take the home field one last time and our 6th grade girls take the home sidelines one last time to cheer on our boys! 🏈📣

We will be collecting donations for the Durst family who lost their son in a horrible ATV accident. LLR supports the Mooney community and sends our prayers to the Durst family.
