When FCN’s longtime friend and supporter Nona’s father, Mr. Tatevossian, passed away, her family’s wish was not for flowers, but for something meaningful that would honor his memory and bring joy to children for years to come.
To honor his love of sitting in parks and watching his grandchildren—and later his great-grandchildren—play, FCN built a special zrouytzaran at Bambakashat Kindergarten, complete with seating and trees planted by Nona herself.
During her visit, Nona also donated a much-needed projector and brought gifts for the children.
Today, the children gather there to play, learn, and enjoy the outdoors. We are sure Mr. Tatevossian is smiling from above, watching over them all. ❤️🌳
