I’ve lived the consequences of trauma, poor choices, addiction, and incarceration. Today, my purpose is to help others make the Mental Switch before they follow the same path.

🎉 The Mental Switch Mission Is Official! 🎉

Today, I am proud to announce that the 5 Times a Slave Foundation Inc. has officially received its 501(c)(3) nonprofit status from the IRS!

The Mental Switch Mission was born from my own journey of overcoming childhood trauma, addiction, incarceration, and self-destructive thinking. I learned that true transformation begins when we make a decision to change our mindset.

Our mission is simple:

To help individuals make the mental switch from surviving to thriving, from incarceration to restoration, and from hopelessness to purpose.

Through mentorship, education, public speaking, and community outreach, we aim to empower youth, justice-impacted individuals, and families to break generational cycles and create a better future.

This is more than a nonprofit. This is a movement.

As someone who has lived through the consequences of unresolved trauma and poor decisions, I now dedicate my life to helping others discover that their past does not have to determine their future.
