While we honor all well-intentioned spaces, we are called consciously to create something deeper: spaces rooted in activism and honor, shaped for real change, and grounded in intentional dialogue that isn’t afraid to be confronting when needed.

That is how nature works.

For many women, stepping into a salon is routine. For others, it’s a luxury, one that feels out of reach after survival has required them to shrink, to hide, to disconnect from themselves.

Reclaiming your identity doesn’t always begin with something loud. Sometimes, it starts in a chair, with someone saying: you deserve to be seen again.

That’s what our initiative FERAL Fashion is about.

In partnership with Milena Rose Salon, we created space for survivors to reconnect with themselves, to feel held, and to remember who they are beyond what they’ve been through.

The evening includes gentle yoga and a restorative sound bath whose resonant frequencies support nervous system regulation and deep meditative healing.

The gathering will be held within an installation offered to Feral and the sisterhood by artist Caleb Wheeler as we welcome the Spring Equinox, a threshold of balance, renewal, and new beginnings.

In honor of International Women’s Day, we’re proud to share this special segment featuring our FERAL Feminine: Wolves program.

The work it reflects was born from a deeper commitment that has shaped FERAL since our earliest days as an anti-human trafficking platform nearly two decades ago.

Over time, our work has expanded to support women healing from many walks of life and experiences of harm. Through our programs, we have had the honor of working with women who have overcome profound abuse and hardship, many of whom now lead and contribute to some of today’s most impactful missions and organizations.

We had the honor of guiding the FERAL Feminine: Wolves experience with powerful women -leaders, survivors, and change-makers who are consciously reclaiming the instinctual and untamed parts of themselves that the world so often asks women to silence. We are also deeply honored to collaborate with in bringing this experience to life and advancing a shared commitment to protection, empowerment, and healing.

This segment offers an intimate look into this program with some of the FERAL team, women who help shape this mission and who are overcomers in their own right.

Among them is Rina, who is currently navigating stage IV breast cancer and shares reflections on resilience, leadership, and the strength that emerges when women gather in spaces of honesty, support, and shared purpose.

Wolves were chosen as guides because they embody what many women are often taught to suppress: instinct, intuition, boundaries, loyalty, and fierce protection of the pack. In their presence, women leaders were invited to trust their inner voice, reconnect with their sense of safety, and remember the wild, wise part of themselves that knows how to lead, protect, and belong.

FERAL Feminine: Wolves marks the beginning of a sacred offering devoted to women’s reconnection, remembrance, and reclamation of power through embodiment, nature, and collective care.

We partner with visionary artists, supportive brands, and purpose-driven individuals who are committed to challenging the status quo, breaking down toxic beauty standards, and rebuilding an authentic sense of self, so every woman we impact shows up bold, powerful, and fully herself in the world.

The over-promotion of “cutting people off” has normalized isolation, strained relationships, and stunted growth. Discomfort is framed as danger. Rupture is sold as empowerment. Separation is marketed as self-respect.
Humans aren’t built for endless rupture. We evolved as collective beings, pack creatures, designed for shared meaning-making, mutual support, and collective metamorphosis. True community survives through friction, patience, and relational repair. Without it, connections degrade into transactions, convenience-driven, and hyper-individualistic, eroding both personal resilience and collective strength.
The strength of the wolf is in the pack. The strength of the pack is in the wolf.
