Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Annual Mass for Healthcare Professionals. 🤲

Together with the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, we gathered at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels to give thanks for those who care for others in hospitals, clinics, labs, and homes, and to offer the Blessing of the Hands.

It is a privilege to pray for the healers who serve here at home and for our missionary doctors, dentists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who serve in Africa and Latin America.

If you couldn’t be with us, the recording is available now: https://www.youtube.com/live/ccy8q4VI8KU

Thank you for the care you give. We continue to pray for you.

Today is DAF Day, and we're grateful for the friends who give through donor-advised funds. 🙏

If you have a DAF, you can recommend a grant to Mission Doctors Association today to help us send and support Catholic physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants serving families in Africa and Latin America.

It's simple: search for "Mission Doctors Association" in your DAF provider's portal (EIN: 95-6110132).

Thank you for making the mission possible.

Will you pray with us today? We lift up everyone in need of healing around the world, and the doctors, nurses, and caregivers who serve them.

If there is someone on your heart, share their name in the comments, and we will carry your intention in our prayers.

Every day in northern Ghana, men, women, and children live with painful, treatable conditions simply because they cannot afford surgery. 🙏

This fall, Mission Doctor Joan Pellegrini will serve at St. Anne's Hospital in the Diocese of Damongo, bringing compassionate care to patients who would otherwise go without. We are hoping to raise $20,000 to fund life-changing surgeries for our brothers and sisters there.

If you feel called, please prayerfully consider supporting this mission of healing. Every gift, large or small, brings hope to a family. https://fundraise.givesmart.com/vf/ghana

Today is the Feast of St. Thérèse of Lisieux. Mission Doctors honor the Little Flower, whose “little way” shows us that great love and faithfulness in the small things can transform the world.

St. Thérèse continues to inspire Mission Doctors, their families, and the supporters who make this healing work possible.
