Making music! We have been building instruments with our third graders and getting creative! They will use them to put on a show in our next assembly! The kids love creating new things out of recycled materials and we love to see them use their skills and imagination!

In a collaborative effort that was months in the making, we had the perfect gift for our moms! Our group from took portraits of all the kids in February and then and his family had copies printed before their trip the very next week so that they could create Mother’s Day cards with the kids that were then tucked away until our last parent teacher day when many of our far away moms got the chance to come and visit! It was such a nice surprise for them since they had not been able to be here with us to celebrate on Mother’s Day. I love that we are able to gain so much from the incredible groups who come from near and far to share their love, time and creativity with us!
