When the outcome of the American Revolution was still uncertain, France answered the call. That decisive partnership formed the bedrock of a friendship that has shaped the world for nearly three centuries. Today, as the US celebrates its Semiquincentennial, French Cluster proudly honors 250 years of French-American friendship, and the strong business ties that continue to bring our two nations together.

🇫🇷 🇺🇸 Beyond history and diplomacy, the France-US relationship thrives today through trade, innovation, and entrepreneurship. French companies continue to invest and grow across the United States, while American businesses find in France a strong partner, a hub for innovation, talent, and opportunity. Every day, French and American entrepreneurs, startups, and corporations write new chapters of this alliance, creating jobs and driving growth on both sides of the Atlantic.

🏡 Chers amis, voici un partage d'informations sur l'immobilier résidentiel.

Ces dernières semaines, beaucoup espéraient une baisse des taux d’intérêt. Et pourtant, ce n’est pas ce qui s’est passé. Ce matin, lors de sa réunion, la FED a décidé le maintien des taux et la raison n’est pas celle que la plupart des gens imaginent. Contrairement à ce que l’on entend souvent, ce n’est pas le marché de l’emploi qui maintient les taux à leur niveau actuel. L’économie américaine continue de créer des emplois, le chômage reste stable, et les entreprises continuent d’embaucher.

La nouveauté se trouve ailleurs :
🪴 La Réserve Fédérale a décidé aujourd’hui de maintenir les taux. Ils n’envisagent pas non plus de baisse dans le futur ;
🪴 Le principal facteur surveillé actuellement est l’inflation liée aux prix de l’énergie - les tensions au Moyen-Orient ont fait grimper le prix du pétrole, ce qui influence directement les les taux. Un accord avec l’Iran vient tout juste d’être signé ;
🪴 Une baisse durable du prix du pétrole pourrait changer la situation plus rapidement que prévu - les experts estiment que cela pourrait rouvrir la porte à de futures baisses de taux ;
🪴 Malgré des taux toujours dans la fourchette des 6 %, le marché immobilier continue d’avancer - les biens correctement positionnés continuent d’attirer des acheteurs et de se vendre.

💡 La véritable question aujourd’hui n’est plus de savoir si l’économie ralentit, mais ce qui permettra aux taux de redescendre.

Le marché immobilier de Los Angeles continue de montrer une belle résilience. Les acheteurs sont toujours présents, les prix restent soutenus dans de nombreux secteurs.
