Progress is built on belief. Vision is essential to progress.

We believe in the power of the Black dollar to launch and sustain the next generation of entrepreneurs. We believe in the exponential gains of ownership—and the community that rises with every Black-led business taking flight.

Believe with us at BCIFUND.ORG

“Our ancestors imagined freedom before they experienced it. They sang it before they could vote it. They preached it before they could legislate it. They painted it, quilted it, danced it... long before the world recognized its possibility.” —Constance Harper and Shantell Hinton, Black Enterprise

Facts 🗣️ According to the Brookings Institution, “if Black households held a share of the national wealth in proportion to their share of the U.S. population, it would amount to $12.68 trillion in household wealth, rather than the actual sum of $2.54 trillion.” 🤯

It’s long past time to close the gap between our numbers and our fair share.
Our talent and our opportunity.
Our labor and our ownership.
The value we create and the wealth we build.

But the funding won’t come from behind closed doors.
That’s why we do what we do — advancing Black business through direct access to capital 📈

Since 2017, more than 1,000 individual donors have helped build the Black Cooperative Impact Fund. Together, we’ve deployed over $340,000 to small and emerging businesses facing systemic barriers to growth — contributing to the creation of more than 150 job opportunities and nearly $15 million in gross revenues.

That’s the power of closing the funding gap.
With affordable capital fueled by community.
Whether $1 or $1,000 — your gift makes opportunity possible. And growth, exponential 🌟
