🌎 ✨ Join us in recognition of Global Autism and Neurodiversity Appreciation Day.

May today be a reminder of our appreciation for divergent minds: the perspectives contributed and the important lessons neurodiversity teaches about all of our minds.

When we create workplaces and communities where divergent thinkers are valued, supported and feel safe, everyone benefits.

Join in recognizing the strengths, insights, and contributions of neurodivergent individuals today and every day.

Grateful for partners who believe in expanding opportunity. 🙏
A huge thank you to the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) for their generous grant and continued support of our work over the past two years.

This funding will support sharing stories that highlight the impact of our Neurodiversity in Insurance program, and we hope will encourage more employers to hire from our trained talent pool.

IICF’s support has gone far beyond funding. Through their network we’ve connected with forward-thinking employers like Newfront and have had the opportunity to share this work with leaders across the insurance industry at their annual conference. 🤝
