We can relate!

You don't have to wait for a breaking point to ask for help.

Perez Hilton's su***de attempt made headlines this month, and the conversation turned fast to burnout and "just log off." But when your income depends on staying visible, stepping away isn't that simple — and that deserves more than a headline.

In our latest post, Lindsey Dwyer-Tong, LCSW breaks down what actually makes it possible to get help when your life is also your livelihood, and what to say to someone you're worried about today.

Must have for small businesses.

Most service businesses don't lose appointments at "yes." They lose them in the gap between interest and scheduling.

The interest is real:

A haircut before the weekend
An estimate after work
A showing window
A legal consult

Manual scheduling stalls every one of them:

"What time works for you?"
"Let me check the calendar."
"We'll confirm once someone reviews it."

Every delay gives that person time to look elsewhere.

Appointment booking automation closes the gap. Your Agent collects the service, location, urgency, and preferred time — then books, confirms, and sends reminders. No calendar ping-pong. No half-finished conversations sitting in texts and DMs.

A booked appointment isn't admin. It's revenue with a date attached.

Many high-achieving professionals know something feels off — but can’t quite name whether they need therapy, coaching, or both.

The answer matters. Choosing the wrong type of support doesn’t just slow your progress. It can leave the real issue untouched.

In my latest post, I break down the difference between therapy and coaching, who each one is for, and how to know which fits where you actually are right now.
