Daisy has left the shelter for foster! We’ve had our eye on this lovely girl since she came into the shelter end of July. She was surrendered to the shelter because her people were moving out of the country. They left notes stating that she lived with another dog, and their favorite things about her were that she’s “super sweet” and a “couch potato.”

Thank you, Mike and Nicole, for opening up your home to yet another shelter dog in need!

We look forward to seeing her settle in and learning more about her in the weeks to come.

Welcome to DCLA, Daisy!

Faith is proof how powerful rescue and fostering can be. 🙌🏼

Faith was found in the streets of Mexico, emaciated, atrophied, and at death's door. Thanks to her rescue, ORANGE TWINS RESCUE 501(c)(3) , she received life-saving medical treatment and spent a long recovery in an amazing foster home, gaining strength in her hind legs and spine.

This resilient little girl is recovered in body and spirit and ready for a second chance at life.

She's looking for a calm and loving home with leisurely strolls. Plenty of affection. And of course a comfy bed, too. Did we mention that she's also cat-friendly? 👀

If your interested in meeting this mellow gal, apply with DCLA!

Rocky is home 🎉 This joyful nine-year-old boy has found his forever home with Lisa and Brian. His journey started with Marine Corps Veteran and his pack, who busted Rocky out of the shelter and gave him the foster start he needed to shine. From there, Rocky moved in with Lisa and Brian, who we all hoped would one day make it official. They did everything right and took the time to let him settle into the happiest home. At nine years old, the sweet and joyful guy found his forever 💕 thank you for fostering and adopting!!
