Through his passion and expertise in aviation, he used his wings to help those in need and empower aspiring pilots to pursue their dreams. It's our honor and privilege to continue his legacy through Echo Mike, a 501c3 created to echo the good that Mike did in this world.

Some journeys need wings. ✈️

Echo Mike was created to continue Mike’s legacy of using aviation for good- helping people, bringing people together, and making a difference when it matters most.

We’re proud to support Comfort Zone Camp with a donation to provide air transportation for campers next summer. ♥️

We know that grief touches families deeply and we believe every child deserves a safe place to grieve, connect, and simply be a kid.

We’re honored to help get these campers where they need to be - and keep Mike’s spirit of giving back flying.

This week, we had the distinct honor of awarding the second Echo Mike, The Mike Poznansky Foundation scholarship to an incredibly deserving pilot, Ethan March.

Ethan’s life took a drastic turn when he was working on a solar panel installation and fell from a roof. At that point, he thought his dreams of flying and becoming a search and rescue pilot were over.

Through incredible determination, a deep passion for flying, and a will to succeed, Ethan discovered the Able Flight program at SIU Carbondale and completed an intensive 8-week flight school curriculum. This week, at EAA Mike’s parents presented Ethan with his wings.
We are so excited to see Ethan take to the skies and know he will continue to do extraordinary things.

We're proud to announce that Echo Mike has joined the Squadron at Dog Is My CoPilot!

This partnership is especially meaningful because it brings together two of Mike Poznansky's greatest passions: aviation and animal welfare.

Dog Is My CoPilot uses the power of flight to transport 6,000 animals each year from overcrowded shelters to communities where they have a greater chance of finding loving homes.

We're honored to support an organization that is changing lives (both human and animal) one flight at a time.

365 Days. 30 flights. 1 scholarship. $45,000 raised ✈️

When we started Echo Mike, we had the honor of taking the runway had paved to the skies. We knew the power of aviation firsthand, but we didn’t know how fast this community would help us take flight.

As we celebrate our one-year anniversary, we are looking back at the “flight log” of our success. Every dollar has gone toward ensuring that aviation is a tool for good providing access, opportunity, and hope.

THANK YOU to all the incredible people…friends, family and fellow aviators who made Year 1 possible. We don’t be more grateful to have you in the cockpit with us.

Aviation makes a difference in ways many people never see.

is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that partners with companies nationwide to utilize available seats on scheduled corporate flight flights. They transport cancer patients to leading treatment centers across the country at no cost to the patient or the participating company.

It’s a simple, but powerful model: aircraft already flying, seats already available, lives changed forever.

Since it’s founding in 1981, CAN has arranged more than 70,000 cancer patient flights. Yet today, they’re only available to fulfill about half of the flight request they receive. 🚨

Here’s how the community can help:

✈️ If your business has a corporate flight departments, introduce them to CAN so they can join the network and make empty seats available.
✈️ industry professional can help spread awareness within their organizations.
✈️ Tell healthcare providers and cancer patients about CAN should they need a travel resource.
✈️ Contribute financially through or to help expand access to life-saving care.

To further bridge the gap CAN also accepts vouchers and donations to purchase commercial flights for patients when corporate flight flights are not available.

When the aviation community comes together, more kids, their patients receive the care they need. Echo Mike is proud to support an organization that proves aviation can be a powerful force for good.
