Much more than a soup kitchen or a food pantry, we offer a unique range of services to sustain and empower those in need. St. Francis Center’s Back-to-School Fair 2026 was a day to remember!

Our Pantry Program children and their families enjoyed an afternoon filled with carnival games, exciting prizes, delicious treats, and direct access to valuable community resources. Best of all, every student headed home with a backpack filled with much-needed school supplies to help them start the new school year with confidence.

This incredible celebration would not have been possible without the generous support of our amazing sponsors: SoCalGas, Alston & Bird, and Los Angeles Councilmember Ysabel Jurado, District 14. Thank you for investing in the success of our children and helping make this special day possible.

We are celebrating, encouraging and preparing our Pantry Program kids for what we hope will be their best school year yet!

Last week, thanks to the generosity of our incredible donors, St. Francis Center wished a heartfelt blessing and bon voyage to 17 adventurous campers as they headed off to Camp Bob Waldorf!

We’re proud to partner with the amazing team at Camp Bob Waldorf, where our youth will spend an unforgettable week making new friends, trying exciting activities like horseback riding, conquering the high ropes course, and building confidence that will last a lifetime.

Your support makes opportunities like this possible, giving children the chance to discover new strengths, create lasting memories, and simply enjoy being kids. Thank you for helping make this life-changing experience a reality!

Welcome to our newest community partner, East Side Kitchen LA!

Their team is helping serve our Hope Street neighbors with fresh, delicious kosher meals.

Their very first delivery was a hearty Tortilla Española with fresh fruit and salad. It was a huge hit!

These generous lunch donations provide an extra nourishing meal for our unhoused guests and remind them that their community cares.
