⛳🦉 Tee off for wildlife! 🌿🏌🏻

Join us for the 1st Annual San Dimas Raptor Rescue Golf Tournament & Fundraiser! Golf courses are more than beautiful places to play — they’re valuable green spaces that support local wildlife and healthy ecosystems.

LACPF is pleased to host this event for the San Dimas Raptor Rescue Center to raise critical funds that support the treatment and release of injured falcons, hawks, owls, and eagles, giving them a second chance at life in the wild.

Ever wanted a little boost from a Laker superstar? 💜💛

Stay in Play is the Luka Dončić Foundation’s international grant program providing eligible young athletes with one-year, needs-based grants to help cover the costs of staying in sports, with funding capped at a maximum of $25,000 USD per recipient.

176 sports eligible. 10 countries this year. 1 game-changing moment in a kid’s life. 🏀⚾⚽🏈🎾🏐

Apply by August 20, 2026. Age 12-15 with parent/guardian permission. Min. 25 grants, amount may vary (needs-based, max. $25,000 USD). Eligibility restrictions, T&Cs apply.

Dodgers Dreamteam players from all over LA County took to the diamond this weekend in Mayberry and Sorenson Parks for championship baseball and softball games. 4,000+ kids participated in the Spring 2026 season across 266 teams, with support from over 500 volunteers. LACPF is proud to partner with the LA County Department of Parks & Recreation to help fund youth sports like these so they remain affordable for all communities in the county.

⛹🏽‍♀️🤾🏼‍♀️ Girls Play In LA County Parks! LACPF donations made it possible to provide 300 pairs of shoes to girls eager to sign up for various sports. 🌳 We had a wonderful time at the employee rally yesterday at the beautiful , honoring the hard work and dedication of our public servants who keep our county parks beautiful, safe, and fun for residents everywhere.

Special thanks to our board members Ernesto Martinez, Mia Lehrer, David Ford, Ginger Chan, and Rebecca Friedman for joining us to help spread the word about LACPF’s efforts to raise money for our parks and help support Parks employees.

Shoutout to Director Norma García-Gonzalez and the entire Parks team for hosting this amazing event.
