We are pleased to invite IPEG members to an upcoming International Pediatric Endosurgery Group Grand Rounds Webinar focused on a topic that continues to challenge traditional age based surgical decision making.
Adolescent Inguinal Hernia: Is it Really Different?
Adolescents with inguinal hernia often fall into a gray zone between pediatric and adult practice. This Grand Rounds will explore how anatomy, growth, recurrence risk, and minimally invasive techniques influence operative strategy in this unique population. The discussion will emphasize evidence based approaches, technical considerations, and areas where practice variation still exists.
