Thank you to everyone who joined us for our From Puebla to the Boardroom professional panel earlier this month. We’re incredibly grateful to our panelists, attendees, and volunteers who helped make the evening such a meaningful success.

Meet one of our featured panelists: Jesse Marez

Jesse Marez is an electrical engineer, entrepreneur, and founder of JM² Engineering Group, where he works in energy services and sustainability. He has also built businesses that uplift community voices, including a local bookstore and publishing house dedicated to supporting authors and promoting literacy.

From his early career at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power to launching ventures in both energy and community spaces, Jesse’s journey reflects the power of combining technical expertise with purpose-driven work.
