Meet Luc - the principal clarinetist of our orchestra! ⭐️

Luc Edouard Eldridge is a Los Angeles-based musician pursuing a bachelors degree in Music Composition at the University of Southern California. He is classically trained in piano, clarinet, and voice, and has participated in several youth music programs, including the CASMEC All-State Ensembles, SCSBOA All-Southern Ensembles, and the Pacific Symphony Youth Wind Ensemble. Luc is currently ICYOLA’s Principal Clarinetist, where he mentors young musicians and teaches clarinet.

Alongside his classical training, Luc is a singer, songwriter, producer, and cofounder of EASTWEST, a duo formed at USC with fellow ICYOLA member Bakhari Nokuri. Together they blend jazz and orchestral roots with modern R&B, pop, and dance music, prioritizing feel over formula.

ICYOLA’s 18th Annual Season Finale Concert will take place on Sunday, July 12th at 3PM at the Music Center’s Walt Disney Concert Hall 💫 🎶

In celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, this program will feature Aaron Copland’s patriotic Lincoln Portrait, narrated by the , a composition by our very own .nokuri, a second half of steel pan music in tribute to Caribbean Heritage, and more!
