We are a non profit, no kill animal rescue organization that specializes in saving black cats and kittens from euthanasia by pulling them out of the shelters, fostering them and finding adoptive families to give them a forever home. We also provide holistic services as a supplement to traditional veterinary care to the cats that we rescue and to cats in the care of other rescue organizations in ou

r area. Some of the holistic services that we provide include: reiki, feline aromatherapy, bach flower remedies, hypoallergenic, grain free meals, all natural litter and chemical free, natural remedies.

Bonnie & Cleo are losing their foster home unexpectedly. They need a new home in or near Los Angeles by July 1st. They are available for foster, foster to adopt or adoption.

They were rescued from a high kill shelter and have been in two foster homes. They're good with other cats and gentle toddlers and children.

They are spayed, up to date on vax, negative for FIV/FeLV and microchipped.

They really need your help!

Jet & Oliver were rescued by us a second time after their beloved foster mom, Melissa,was found dead in her apartment with them during a welfare check.

They were seized by animal control and placed on a 14 day hold. We got them out after their 14 day hold. Our amazing volunteer, Amy, transported them from Long Beach to their new foster home in Pasadena.

Their foster parents fell in love with them instantly. Two weeks later, they decided to adopt them 💜💜💜

Melissa can rest in peace now, knowing that they are safe and loved FOREVER.

Backstory:
Melissa and Oliver lived in a tent in Long Beach for a year and a half. We helped her get an ESA letter for Oliver to secure housing (their full story is one of our highlights). As soon as she was housed in December 2023, she offered to foster Jet who had been in a cage at a high kill shelter for 433 days. She spoiled him and was so patient with him. She loved these boys with all her heart. We miss Melissa and her compassionate heart 💜 We'll never forget you, Melissa.

We do whatever it takes to keep our cats safe.

Bigotes & Figaro were adopted last year and even though our adopters had an ESA letter, their landlord threatened to call animal control to take them to a high kill shelter and evict our adopters if they didn't get rid of them within a week.

They're confused. Our adopters have been harassed and traumatized. Let's bring compassion back into the world one landlord at a time.

This didn't need to happen.

Landlord says these bonded brothers are a hazard caused by tenant. Do they look like a hazard to you?

He will not accept her ESA letters.

These boys were adopted from us last year. We need to find them a foster or foster to adopt home immediately.

There is no time to fight the landlord. They have less than a week before he calls animal control.

This landlord has caused undue emotional distress to our adopters and is using the fear of being unhoused to traumatize and harass them.

Jet & Oliver are Safe in their foster home 💜

They are adjusting well to their new space after their foster mom, Melissa died in the apartment that they all shared together.

They were seized and placed on a 14 day hold in the shelter, but now they're finally able to relax and decompress.

Oliver is more outgoing and has adjusted quickly. He's clearly grateful 💜 his presence is essential for Jet to feel safe and to learn to trust again.

When we rescued Jet the first time in 2023, he had spent 433 days in the shelter as "evidence" in a hoarding case.

He was broken, withdrawn and depressed. Melissa opened her heart to him and he thrives with her as his foster mom. Thank you, Melissa - may you rest easy now knowing that they're both safe.

We're so grateful to all of you and all of our volunteers to help make this happen today. Especially and thank you 💜💜💜

We finally got Jet & Oliver out of the shelter after a 14 day hold. They were seized when our beloved foster, Melissa died in the apartment that she shared with them.
