We are hosting a Rotaract District 5280 exclusive MOU Training via Zoom! Join us on Monday, June 8th at 7PM to ensure your club has the required MOU certification to participate in Rotary Foundation Grant programs.

Each year, Rotary assists global communities through Rotary Foundation Grants, which support various service projects. Clubs must maintain qualified status by demonstrating proper stewardship and policy compliance to access these funds. Ensure your club has the necessary training and resources allows participation in the grant program!

PLEASE NOTE: Incoming club Presidents, plus two club members must attend!

The post you have all been waiting for! Celebrate a year of service with Rotaract District 5280 at our End of Year Celebration & Pool Party! Join us on June 6th at 4 pm for food, drinks, and sunshine as we celebrate our collective hard work. Please RSVP by June 3rd to help us with the headcount. Remember to bring your own towel and sunscreen if you plan to swim. This event is exclusively open to all active 5280 Rotaractors, and those 21+ must show a valid ID for alcoholic beverages. We hope to see you there!

Service Recap!

On April 18th, Rotarians, Interactors, Rotaractors, and their family and friends from across District 5280 gathered to support the 4th Annual Foster the Love service event.

Volunteers spent the day decorating 200 duffel bags to support foster youth, who often lack bags to carry their personal belongings. In addition to this, volunteers helped build skateboards, bicycles, and even furniture for youth transitioning out of the foster system.

A huge thank you to all of our Rotaractors who showed up and supported this amazing event! And a speacial thank you to for hosting such an impactful event!

Spent Valentineā€™s Day giving back šŸ’›

Our Rotary Clubs partnered up with Rotary District 5280 and showed up at the LA Regional Food Bank to sort + pack 45,000 pounds of produce for families across LA .

While we didnā€™t buy flowers, we were filling 5 lb bags with fresh food for our neighbors who need it most šŸ„•šŸŽ

Essentially we spent a few hours in a warehouse with good people, good music, and a shared purpose xoxoxo.

Love isnā€™t just chocolates and roses, sometimes itā€™s gloves, produce boxes, and showing up.

Love to everyone who pulled through šŸ˜˜

Orphanage Bus Trip ā€“ March 21, 2026

Rotaract District 5280 is heading to Casa de La Esperanza in Tijuana for a one-day service trip with CorazĆ³n de Vida and weā€™d love for you to come with us!

Weā€™ll spend the day playing games, doing crafts, sharing meals, and simply showing up with joy and love for the kids. Itā€™s a long dayā€¦ but itā€™s always worth it.

šŸ’µ Cost: $50 + help raise $100+ to feed the children after our visit
(Transportation, lunch, activities & registration included)

Once you register, youā€™ll receive a personalized fundraising page to share with friends & family so your community can support your service from home. Link in our bio!
