The neighbor across the street tried to save the house you see on fire, by pumping water out of their backyard swimming pool with a special pump and using a fire hose, but it was too late. The house you see here collapsed to the ground in a ball of windswept fire.

Just then, John and Niki's home, which you see to the left of the burning house, caught fire. It just so happened that an off-duty fireman who just happened to arrive in that area at that very moment, used that same pump that was still in that neighbor's swimming pool, using the water from their neighbor’s pool, and that fire hose to pump water out of the pool and to immediately put the fire out that had just started burning the side of their home, saving their home….and the donations they had accumulated to bring to people experiencing homelessness the following Saturday.

GOOD KARMA happens when you do great things for others who are less fortunate. GOOD KARMA is what saved their house. The following Saturday, with the fires still raging and still destroying their entire community, they were still able to bring all of those donations that were STILL INSIDE THEIR HOUSE to those who lost everything, including their homes and their children's schools. Their house is currently unlivable due to severe smoke damage, toxic ashes inside the home, no water, and no power, and there is a big gaping hole in the side of their home where it had caught fire, but all their belongings were saved. Their house is still standing. It's the only house left on their entire side of the street that is still standing. All the other houses burned to the ground. Their children no longer have a school to go to, because their school burned to the ground.

But just a few days later, with no home themselves, they weathered the vicissitudes and helped the many other people who became homeless due to the inferno with a wealth of donations. And they did so again a week later. They still have not been able to return to their home, but they are all safe, they are able to retrieve their belongings, and they are able to help others.

That lovely scenery with the green grass and the crystal blue Pacific Ocean way down below. Gone. Destroyed by fire in the Pacific Palisades Wildfire back in January of 2025. The scene in which John instructs you on how to increase your profits and improve your health through giving back as part of your business model can never be re-created. But John, Niki, and their 4 children are safe. They safely evacuated to another community within the Los Angeles area. They are physically fine. They have little more than the clothes on their back, but they are fine. And the "Giving While Making A Living" MasterClass course lives on, because it is an online course. Of course. So what did John and Niki doing during those extremely troubled times for them? THEY WERE STILL GIVING BACK! Through their Non-Profit sister company of their FOR PROFIT business, they, and their entire team collected thousands of donations on behalf for those who lost everything in these tragic fires. This time, it was personal. Their non-profit, the Project Pop Drop Foundation will be bringing truckloads of donations to aid people who lost everything in the fires. And they got the Hollywood Food Coalition to add additional donations, plus they got Target to donate a $250 eGift Card, so their organization can go shopping and purchase, from Target, EVEN MORE donations. According to one study, seniors who volunteered for 2 or more organizations were 44% less likely to die over a 5-year period than those who did NOT volunteer, even accounting for many other factors, such as age, exercise, general health, and bad habits such as smoking.
