We’re excited to welcome Noël Russell-Unterburger, Chief Financial Officer, and Melissa Khamvongsa, MPA, Chief Development Officer, to the All For Kids Executive Leadership Team.

Noel and Melissa join us at an exciting time of growth and possibility for our organization. Their leadership, expertise and commitment to mission-driven work will help strengthen our organization as we continue building a sustainable future and expanding our impact for children and families.

As CFO, Noel will help steward the financial health and long-term sustainability of All For Kids, ensuring we have the strong foundation needed to support our programs, people and communities.

As CDO, Melissa will lead our development and fundraising strategy, deepening relationships with donors and partners and creating new opportunities for our community to invest in our mission.

Our Medication Support Program connects children, teens, and families with licensed psychiatric providers who provide personalized medication evaluations, prescription management, side-effect monitoring, and ongoing support.

Through convenient and secure telehealth appointments, families can access experienced bilingual providers from the comfort of home. Our team works closely with families to support their mental health needs and treatment goals.

Family can look and sound different for everyone. It can be the language we speak at home, the food we gather around, the traditions we pass down, and the little things that make a child feel understood and at home.

For children in foster care, those connections can matter deeply. A Resource Family who shares or embraces a child’s culture can help them stay connected to an important part of who they are while providing the love, stability, and support they deserve.

We’re grateful for every family who opens their heart and home and helps a child feel seen, valued, and safe to grow.
