Burglary 09/10/24 3000 Blk Kelton 2;10 PM
Homeowner got notification on his phone at 2:10 pm while he was out of his house. He saw a shadow of a man behind his glass door and then immediately the power got cut off that caused the cameras and alarm to be disabled.
He called 911 four times to explain that there were intruders in his house, then called his neighbor and rushed home. The neighbor went out yelling and banging on his door to scare off the intruders and he may have actually done so as when the police and the air support got there 15 minutes later, no one was found at the house and police cleared the scene.
The intruders had entered the property through the back yard ,cut the power and solar backup power, and had shattered the glass door to gain access to the house. They ransacked the room and may have taken small valuables and coins. Laptop and Ipads were on the desk but not taken. They were inside the house for about 6 minutes.

3200 blk Glendon: Between 3;30-4;30 PM, Friday afternoon, resident arrived home and noticed a black Audi without a license plate with the engine running and a driver behind the wheels was parked close to their driveway, Upon entering his property he noticed broken glass on the ground and heard noises from upstairs. He immediately ran out across the street and called the police. Shortly after, two men, dressed in all black, hoodies and mask exited his home running to the awaiting Audi and sped away.
Jewelry and designer handbags were stolen.

10800 blk Kingsland (pic attached): Immediately after the Glendon incident, the same black Audi with no license plate with the same three occupants, drove by a house on Kingsland: " hopped the side door by using the door k**b for footing. Broke the glass to open the door, entered the house, ripped the alarm panel after it was activated and went through bedrooms. In and out in three minutes stealing only a handbag".
Homeowners actually drove past them coming home one block away as the suspects were speeding away.
Police were called on both incidents but the suspects were long gone.
