🎨 Finding Yourself in Times of Loss
A Safe Space to Process Emotions Through Creativity

As part of LA Youth Mental Wellness Day, this special workshop offers a gentle, supportive space to process grief, loss, and trauma—especially for those impacted by recent fires.

When we experience loss—whether of a home, possessions, or sense of security—the impact goes far beyond the physical. Trauma can leave us stuck in survival mode, suppressing the emotional weight that needs release.

This workshop offers:
— A creative, right-brain approach to healing that bypasses logic and connects with intuition, imagination, and emotional truth.
— Space to explore and express your feelings through guided exercises that are natural, playful, and restorative.
— Tools to help release stuck emotions, discover clarity, and reconnect with your inner strength.

This is your invitation to pause, reflect, and gently begin to move forward with greater peace.

🗓️ Sunday, May 4 | 11:00AM - 1:00PM
📍 2810 Medill Pl, Los Angeles, CA, 90064
