About the Program

Hi friends! Welcome to Adventure Camp Los Angeles. This program started as a small seedling in my mind over a decade ago. What I have discovered is that regardless of our individual backgrounds we all need, deserve, and require outdoor experiences. I have built my personal repertoire to become a nature guide for children because I believe connecting to nature is everyone’s birthright and an experience not to be missed - especially in childhood. Children learn about the world and about themselves when fully immersed in outdoor play. This program is not just a job - it is my gift back to the community so that we may all remember where we come from. In this program, I incorporate elements of geography, herbalism and self-reliance into each hike. The purpose being to pull out the most fun and confidence out of each child so that they may form their own relationship with nature and perhaps even share that with others down the road! Every trip is custom tailored based on skill level/physical stamina and the child or groups personal preference!
