Yesterday at the Saban Theatre, Travis Howze gave an empowering presentation on mental health resiliency to first responders from throughout Los Angeles! Taking care of our mental health is important to all of us and we need to know how to manage it so that we are good to our families, our loved ones and our community... and to ourselves. Thank you for being a motivating help for all of us, Travis!
